Hard to keep the oil mixed in. Alway get hard bits and it’s more like a toffee than a gummy, flavour is excellent

Hello Jocelyn, thank you for your feedback. The texture of the gummy is determined by the amount of water being used, the amount of oil added and the actual time the mix boils. Hard bits would point towards too little water left in your finished gummy i.e too little water added or boiled too long.
